Outlier Ability: Teleportation
NPC

Skywarp was one of the best Decepticons. Or, he likes to think so. Now he's just a jet with awesome fashion sense and way too much time on his hands.

Outlier Ability

Skywarp can teleport up to 2.5 miles instantly and repetitively for several jumps. He can transport others, but the greater the number means a longer time recovering between jumps, making it a last-resort getaway for more than 2 additional people. He can only manage a few jumps with two passengers, and tries to avoid playing the warpbus role too often. It takes 1-2 days to recharge from warping several times with minimal passengers, and up to two weeks to recover fully from transporting a larger group. He's also incredibly expensive to fuel because of this and needs much more high-proof fuel than other mechs his size and frametype.

History

Skywarp joined the Decepticons early, having been recruited by Soundwave. He spent the majority of his time as part of Megatron's elite Seeker squadron under the command of Starscream. His yearly life barely changed until the last legs of the war, when he was sent to Earth as part of the infiltration team. After the failed conquering of Earth, he spent several years stockpiling weapons and building a superweapon in preparation of Megatron's eventual return.

After Megatron's revival, attempt at attack on the Autobots on Cybertron, and the Decepticons' merge into D-Void's "deceptigod", Skywarp was added to the number of Decepticons detained with inhibitor chips. Without Megatron to look to for guidance, he turned to the next-best thing: Soundwave. Joining up with an Autobot vessel and an overwhelmingly Autobot command wouldn't have been his first choice, but it was better than being stuck with a bomb on his brain and Starscream in a fifty-mile radius.

He still wants to find Megatron but- Maybe... maybe this Quest thing will bring them closer to the Cybertron Megatron had been trying to make when he'd started all of this. And, failing that, at least there's no Starscream.

Misc Notes

Skywarp is a bit of a slob so pity whoever he has to share quarters with. The Seeker somehow manages to amass a collection of trivial nonsense in his travels. Usually its random shiny things which strike his fancy and unintentionally reflects a certain habit a particular earth bird is known for that he carries the name of in Italy; Corvo (Crow). He also carries another nickname; Hellwarp. That one makes him laugh.
