From Transformers: Lost and Found
|Played by: Vap|
A gift from Mortilus, as she calls it, Chimera is gifted with the outlier ability of electrokinesis. This allows to her produce, absorb, and control electricity. Said production comes in a few forms, such as direct currents from her body or encompassing EMP discharges, as well as charging her arrows in battle and even being used as a living battery.
There is a downside despite all this, however. A charge needs to be built up, like building static, through movement. This leaves her with empty reserves during recharge or after extended periods of rest. Her power is also limited to the laws of electricity as a whole, hindered by insulators and other such factors.
Chimera's life began over 10 million years ago in a time scarcely recorded and even less remembered. Forged beneath the leadership of Onyx Prime, she believed her outlier abilities to be a blessing of the gods and became increasingly involved in the realm beyond, following in the spiritual steps of her leader. Serving her tribe as a sort of priestess, she would provide spiritual rituals and rites as well as supposed connections to the Afterspark due to her increased affinity and fascination for the Death god, Mortilus.
Then, the first civil war amongst the tribes began. Thrown in head first, Chimera joined her kin as a warrior and took to it well, charging along the front lines with bow and claw to push back the opposing forces. A bringer of death and provider of relief to those passing to the world beyond, she would ultimately be disappointed when the death of Nexus Prime, their ally, led to her tribe seeking the stars.
Not wishing to meet the Headmasters' fate, she journeyed aboard Chela with Onyx Prime and the others, bound for a new life. But she would become restless, unable to sit still in their new utopia. Chimera yearned for more, wishing to expand her understanding of the spiritual world and perhaps find more of their enemies along the way and send them to Mortilus, eager to fill the void for battle that the war left. And so she left Eukaris in its infancy, accepting the nomadic life and wandering the universe for something more.
