"Logistics & Maintenance" is not in the list of possible values (Command, Medical, Combat, Support, Intelligence) for this property.
Alt-Mode: Recon Plane
Faction: Autobot
Outlier Ability: Eidetic Memory

On the outside, around everyone, Lieutenant is dry, monotone mech who really doesn't care to socialize with others. He would rather be surrounded by datapads reading whatever he can get his hands on. When he is around others, he's very serious, non-nonsense, and sometimes sarcastic.

Behind closed doors, however, he's very shy, insecure, but gentle. It's not a side he likes others to see because he feels it makes him seem pathetic and unprofessional.

Seismic sense: Lieutenant has these sort of metal pressure pads on the bottom of his pedes. They act sort of like a seismic sense used to locate who or what is around him. Helpful, since he’s usually walking around looking at his Datapad or when his visor slides over his optics on accident.

They’re extremely sensitive so he doesn’t like it like others are running around near him because it creates shockwaves that go up his neural systems send off messages like “Earthquake category 2.” Unfortunately, these things don’t have an off switch on them they only have on and on-er which is like when his optics are shut.

Outlier Ability

Lieutenant has eidetic memory, he can recall anything and everything that has ever happened to him in fine detail. He is able to memorize anything given to him to look at or read. In coding this comes in handy because he has a vast amount of different codes in his processor; although it's no where near the amount of stories he's read and memorized over the years.

Forged in Iacon under the name of Lieutenant, he was part of the intellectual class. He was a white faced freckled, all dark grey avian, who only spoke when spoken to. Most of the time, he just kept to his work or the work of others that he got dumped with. He wasn’t someone, he was something. With his ability to memorize everything, he became popularly used to sit in Senate sessions to record everything that went on.

Lieutenant also had what were known as handlers. They changed frequently. He had a different handler every time, using him for weeks or months per exchange to listen or read files. Almost like he was a large memory stick (which were still in fashion at the time). He rarely spoke to anyone except his current handler when specifically asked a question. What made him more useful to those like politicians, nobles, and the like was that he didn’t /look/ like disposable class. Not to mention, because of his name, most just assumed him to be more of a soldier or a sentry. He, however, was just an object. Some handlers made him stand in on large gathers of politicians to mentally take down everything that was said and done. This usually ended up to be used against someone. All he knew was what others had fed him or he had listened to over the ages. He scarcely knew how to think for himself during this time.

When the war came around, Prowl became his final handler. What was originally a temporary arrangement became a lifetime commitment. He became a diplomat for Prowl, and was made to share intel and persuade others that what the Decepticons were doing was wrong. It wasn’t just Cybertron that he spoke to against joining the terrorists, but even neighboring planets in their galaxy.

During the late Remote Age, he left on a special operations mission to extract information from a defected Decepticon outlier torturer, Tormentor, who had recently discovered his ability to manipulate extreme fires. The ex-con was not willing to give up what he knew, so Lieutenant choose to gain his trust, then send him off to Garrus-9 as an Autobot. However, he never did follow through with his plan.

Over two million years later, he had officially gone into hiding with Tormentor as his second-in-command on board a metrotitan known as Colossal. They were a very small crew of officially twelve, but they were an interesting group. Their missions and adventures are somethings Lieutenant will always remember. How they fought Decepticons, even other gone-bad Autobots, involved themselves in alien affairs, and managed not to die. (At least for a while, then they started getting picked off.) It wasn’t until Tormentor died during a battle they shouldn't have gotten involved in the first place, that the crew broke apart. Once the war was over, what remained of the crew separated.

Lieutenant joined up on the Lost Light for this reason and to avoid facing Prowl for failing to complete his mission.

Medical Specs:

He has a weak spark. He is an insomniac, partly thanks to his ability but mostly because he's been taking the circuit booster: syk. He hides that stash with his life, right next to his sweets. Lieutenant gets vertigo whenever he transforms so he hasn't used his alternative mode in a long time. Does not yet consider himself a monoformer yet.

Yes, Lieutenant does have freckles but he uses white paint to cover them up. He's embarrassed about them, so he'd rather no one know about them to begin with.

Thanks to his seismic sense, he has more nerve circuitry than most. A simple punch to the shoulder will hurt more than normal, and a poke to his sides will cause him to giggle. He doesn't like to be touched because of this.

Has Iatrophobia (Fear of doctors) and Nosocomephobia (fear of hospitals)
